I am working on a Drupal Theme and I was wondering how to create custom input boxes like for the search box. I have searched for a while, however, i was only able to find how to modify the search form itself not the input box. Just to make this clear, I am not searching for how to use a custom search button, the field where one types in what they search for.

I am working with the Zen theme and trying to make my first theme. What I am trying to do is have my post that I have Stick to the Top of my front page be normal size. Which it is right now. My issue I am trying to do involves making all the posts that are not “Stick to the Top” smaller. For instance here is my page http://nickmoyer.comze.com/ . I am trying to get the post entitled Whitehill to be about a quarter of the size

I have created a webformblock with I add to the bottom of pages using PHP. All works great. However I would like to identify which page the webform email came from. I was thinking that perhaps I could use a hidden field that contains the page title however I don’t know how to do that. Can this be done or is there another way

I have searched the support resources but can’t put my finger on a solution to my problem. Here’s my situation on my Fedora web server box:
Running a non-Drupal site on Apache, call it www.personal.com
Running Drupal version 6 in a multi-site config, with the following sites: club.org (a portal for a club I belong to), sandbox.personal.com, and rpg.personal.com
Everything had been running great, and then the domain club.org expired. I am not the owner, and the owner is no longer affiliated with the club. Since we are having difficulty renewing it, we purchased club.net. Now, I need to get club.net pointing to the club.org Druapl site. I have DNS registered to point to the same box. I first tried .htaccess hacks and a httpd.conf VirtualHost entry, but those weren’t working. I found the Domain Access module and installed it, hoping to use Domain Alias to get the results I want, but try as I might, club.net simply points to www.personal.com–not the intended Drupal site of club.org.

First post here I’m really in need of some help. I have installed drupal onto my linux webspace hosted by fasthost and I couldn’t initially get drupal to work at all but once I removed the .htaccess file (Without realising) it all worked fine.
I then setup gallery 2 in a folder and used the same MySQL database and gallery 2 works ok. I am now trying to integrate the two parts.
I’ve added the gallery module and activated the four parts of that. The instructions then say to go to the installation part and I start this process but can’t go any further because it complains my php.ini limit size is 20mb and should be 24mb.
I have tried finding this and I couldn’t find this file anywhere. I did a search and it said to put a few bits of info into a .htaccess file so I did this and put it in the root and the site wouldn’t work at all!
I then found the php.ini file on my system in the original drupal folder so I transfered that over with the limit size at 24mb but it does completely nothing.
Could someone please please help with this because I’m making the site for my photos and a gallery is essential.
If theres any other gallery software available that would be easier to integrate with drupal or thats drupal specific I would be happy to use that as well.

I have cars website , For a specific role which is “Business” the user should have a unique website shown in sub domain for him. this site should contain the following pages, Home, About us, Services, Our Cars ,Contact us
For now what I’m thinking to do is to create custom panel page for path “website/%user” then make that panel page show all variants as tab pages in that panel.
For each variant I will make view that bring the info from the profile fields (I already done them with content profiles and CCK)and add it to its panel. So when someone go to website/testuser , the views that already embed in the panel of the first variant , will take the user name as argument and show content belong to that user and so on .
Then i will use module themekey module to add the template to that sub sites.
I faced problem by making tab panel page, I really dont know whats the problem , Its only show one tab which is the first variants, the rest of tabs not showing , for sure im using panel_tabs module

I have some logic that generates calls to drupal_goto() for the purpose of going to a Views page showing taxonomy categorized nodes.
The urls I’m generating look like: “hdr_terms/42+45+47″ or “hdr_terms/42,45″ where the use of the plus or comma signifies inclusion or exclusion in the term ids for what is to be displayed by the View.
However, I am seeing the pluses and comma characters get encoded – but I’d like them to remain unencoded so the url is not so ugly. Is there anyway to stop the encoding?
Also, why is it encoding those characters? I can see pluses, maybe, but why commas
