I am on my 5th site using Magneto.
On some installs teh Magento Connect works fine.
On Others it breaks.
I have tried the SSH method. That knocks out graphics.
It also breaks Magneto connect.
Doing a full reinsatll for each patch is juts palin silly and time consuming.
I am working towards being a partner, but this needs to work better.
How can I advise a client to pay the fees Varien wants if the free version has so many bugs.
I do have a major client interested, but they want a smaller site first. They have been burned before.
